Make our ad better -- 2

We have a product that we advertising in the industry magazines, but it could be better. The aim is to have the customer connect rather than just see a product placement. To explain Our product is a spray today and pick tomorrow (also called 1 day withholding) (All insects hit with the spray will die and the farmer can make sure what they are delivering to market is insect free or the insect damaging the crop is killed off to prevent more damage) Because its a complex chemical, insects cant build up a tolerance (ie some sprays become less effective over time because some of the insects survive) Our aim The customer connects to the product (via this ad) - Purchases from our website directly - Their next visit to one of our resellers hopefully makes a purchase (ie ask questions of the reseller) - Or goes to the QRcode and does some more reading about 'breaking the lifecycle' and buys via that web page (within ourwebsite) I have attached the previous ads... the Ad 3 is the latest effort but falls short. Im looking for someone who has experience in printed ads (same dimensions as the attached) that will inspire customers to stop read review and possibly purchase.
