Point System in WordPress

I have a Website installed WordPress CMS, We use this theme [login to view URL] We offer to Download psd, graphics, AE project from our website, Our website is simply article website to DownloadGraphics. and download file are not in our hosting, the download link are belong to third-party service like DropBox, Mega, etc. We simply put the download link in our post. Ok now the topic is: We wanted to integrate point system to WordPress , means We can hide the download link by the point sytem in every posts, that user must have point to Download(view hidden download link). For example: If any user want to download a any file and the link are protected by 30points , then First user must be logged on our site and must have 30points in wallet, If user have greater than 30points then user can go with download link, and will deduct 30points from user wallet to view the Download link. means Our Download link protected by Point System was implemented in order to protect our links from guest user and non-point user. If user are not logged then show the <Login to Download> button to hide download link. When user logged then show <Click to Dwonlod by 30points>button. and Also, the hidden download link is view-able validity 24hours, After 24hours the user must pay 30points again to view the download link. Also Integrate Paypal payment that user can buy vaious types of plans from our site. After successful payment, add points to User wallet by auto convert dollars in points. for example: WE offer many plans like this: 500points in $5, 1000points in $10, If user purchase a $10 plans from our site then after user payments, auto add 1000point to the user wallet. Not only point system but with keep mind of Whole logic system round, user logged or not, user have points or not, user payment, after payment success, protect download link, deduct user points, ....
