I own a real estate company. We have a website that is provided to us through our local MLS service. It is very generic and I know that we can get very creative with it, but I am not that techy. I need help in going page by page of the website and adding up to date keyword rich content, photos, etc. This is how the website currently looks [login to view URL] I need someone who is great at being creative, but yet understands that this page will drive my business and therefore also needs to be very easy to use and professional. As far as pay goes, I would like to pay per page not per entire job.
