Rear and side yard levels need to be checked with storm water drainage improved. Supply and use own bob cat or similar to scrap yard and if needed, to relocate excess soil to side garden. Current weep holes in house's two external brick walls blocked by yard soil to the height of the weep holes. The yard soil needs to be removed from around two sides of the house and then levelled and sloped to four, new storm water drain points centrally located in rear and side yards and connected back to existing storm water drainage system. Can be started straight away and completed by end of January, 2018.
