Create a Video

I need someone ASAP to write a very easy stylesheet for my domain hosted on Drupal. I need a website that will resemble the website that inspired Mark Zuckerberg to create Facebook. This is what I need my website to do: 1. allow me to upload photos 2. take the photos that I upload and display two at a time to visitors, and allow those who are visiting the website to choose the best one from the two photos 3. then after the visitor chooses the best photo of the two, two more different photos will come up, and this will continue on and on 4. ALSO, I need the choices that the visitors make to be saved.
