Update CSS when page loads based on time

We need CSS / Javascript that will do the following. When the page loads, it will display a table of information of which one column contains a date/time value. Compare the current time to the displayed time and update the CSS for the rows based upon the elapsed time. For example, if the date/time was more than 4 hours ago the row would be highlighted in RED via the CSS. If you have done something similar please provide a link where we can see it functioning along with your estimate.

I`ve taken a look at the specs, so basically dependent on the time it`ll highlight that particular row / column combination on the table. I don't have anything that I can show you in which is similar. But I definitely can do this. I need to view the actual website where this new feature is being added. hi, once the page is loaded, i will search in table and get the row date and will compare with current date,rows color will changed upon time,as you mention in document,if date age is 4 hours,then it will red. if i am not clear kindly explain it. this is one day work,and will do it before 24 hours. thanks
