Display Products Differently IN SHOPIFY

1º THE PROBLEM the problem is that my website contains hundreds of similar products and it is really hard for a user to find the one he wants, for example for MODEL "iphone 6S" I have the following products: product 1: iphone 6S | color Gold | memory 64 GB | Grade A product 2: iphone 6S | color Silver | memory 64 GB | Grade A product 3: iphone 6S | color Gold | memory 16 GB | Grade A product 4: iphone 6S | color Gold | memory 16 GB | Grade B product 5: iphone 6S | color Gold | memory 64 GB | Grade A product 6: iphone 7 | color Gold | memory 16 GB | Grade B product 7: iphone 7 | color Gold | memory 64 GB | Grade A etc etc etc I CAN NOT use Shopify variants, that would be easy, I need all products with NO VARIANTS, only simple products. So the task is: 2º THE TASK I need you to display all similar products as one ( similar products have SAME MODEL ), on: 2.1 COLLECTION PAGE Instead of showing ALL similar products I want you to display ONLY ONE product for very MODEL. Regardless of the number of similar products my website really has. Example: Following the previous list: display ONE product for model iphone 6S ( there are 5 products , 1,2,3,4 and 5 ). display ONE product for model iphone 7 ( there are 2 products, 6 and 7). 2.2 PRODUCT PAGE When a user clicks on the model you have to display a product WITH ALL VARIANTS available, following the example for iphone 6S: Model: iphone 6S color: GOLD | SILVER memory: 16 GB | 64 GB Grade: A | B So the user can choose the color, the memory and Grade based on the available products, and when the user adds some product to cart the real product is added to the cart. IMPORTANT: you DON´T have to CREATE new products, just display the EXISTING ones as ONE. note: Each model will have its product of course. 3º WHY NOT USE SHOPIFY VARIANTS? I sell over 4 or 5 marketplaces and I communicate my products to these marketplaces over a tool called "shopping-feed" which is a program that communicates through APIs to these marketplaces and my Shopify store but this tool DOES NOT allow me to add more than 2 variants for the same product. So I decided to use only simple products with no variants, send them to the marketplaces and match them with the real products on the marketplaces, I use a meta fileds so the marketplace can really identify that product etc etc it is working awesome
