Need to Market/PR pre-launch site

I am looking for marketing my pre-launch website but to selected target groups, its a social network but invite only. I will distribute invitation codes and you have to make sure its printed in a flyer and distributed to target groups I am after. My target is to distribute atleast 5000 invitation codes which needs to be distributed through many channels as follows : 1. On Fields 2. Email marketing or social networks campaign. 3. Blogs and other online sources. How many invitation codes will be distributed with what channel depends upon the cost for each channel, but I want maximum distribution done on the field. Only those companies contact me who has presence in touristic cities in India like Goa, Jaipur or metro cities where there are lots of tourists.
