PPC Expert Needed

Hello, I am looking for a PPC / CPC expert that will be able to create and optimize several campaigns on several PPC search engines, NOT only google adwords or Yahoo search but also MSN, MIVA, etc. You will be required to create the ads, optimize the campaign and maintain it. However, you will not be responsible for landing pages quality etc. I will, in most cases, give you merchant URLs and you will generate compelling ads. You will also generate keywords for merchants using my KeyCompete account and input into my software. You will research the merchant's business and generate adcopies based upon that. For this position, you should have good English writing skills particularly writing successful Ad copies. You must also possess good knowledge about landing pages and other factors that search engines use to determine the quality of the campaign/clicks. You will have to show and prove to me your knowledge and experience with ppc on several platforms. must know how to optimize campaigns, write ads and increase ROI.
