I want a website that earns $10-30/day with google adsense......... White Hat Only

I am looking for someone to design a website that will generate $20-$30 minimum per day. Terms: -I Register the domain name that you tell me i will purchase hosting and I give you full access to c panel - Write the SEO optimized high paying unique content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating for at least 6 months content. - Only White Hat - You MUST follow Google AdSense rules and regulations. - Website / AdSense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. No bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, - NO Black Hat - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website. - No pharmacy, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by AdSense rules. - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing. - Must contain related images to niche topic. - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads. - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as AdSense ********I would prefer to make the site related to furniture, Eco furniture, Memory Foam.
