Our payment terms: There are basically two part of this job:

Part #1:
 Our goal is rank 100-200 key words at google first page for our [login to view URL], and looking to ranks at least 10 key words in every month, so this will be a six to 12 month project or even longer. We are willing to pay $15 for each key word ranking at google first page but must be white-hat SEO. 

We don’t mind to create milestone each month for $150 for you, for an example: 10 (keywords) x $15 = $150, but only will release the fund to you once you successfully rank the words and successfully you complete part #2. You will research and define the keywords, but the final keywords we will chose.
