As a Marketing Generalist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention, increase brand awareness, and support business growth. We are growing rapidly, and to sustain and support this rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team. The folks at Mudrex are young and driven to a single purpose - to build a robust self-serving platform that simplifies investing in cryptocurrency. Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention, increase brand awareness, and support business growth. Write and edit compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials including emails, landing pages, social media posts, blog posts, and support the development of marketing collateral including product sheets, presentations, and other materials as needed. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and use data to drive insights and optimize marketing strategies. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and other relevant channels. Collaborate with product, customer success, and sales teams to understand user needs and develop messaging and content that resonates with our target audience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for new marketing channels or tactics to test. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or related industries preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEO, social media, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and edit compelling marketing copy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive insights and optimize marketing strategies. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional remote teams.
