iOS & Android video board game. Score + Dice

Please reply 'I am an expert developer' so I know you have read this properly. See video 1 & 2 attached + PDF brief. I am wanting to know if you could do this project for me. We have designed a board game into video game that we hope can be all LibGDX for phone, tablet and desktop sizes. (if you highly advise against LibGDX let me know). We have done all the skin and playing concept with Adobe XD so we can provide exactly how the game should look and play on mobile size including video journey. For now we want to try get the whole game completed in mobile only then once approved and finished do the other sizes. We will then use finished packed you provide to us so we can publish in iTunes apple store and for Android apps. If this is something you can do I'll give you a better brief, show you video/s of how the should look and work and what we'll provide. First project will be just to get a tiny bit of the project completed by December on mobile. Example we have the splash screen working and some UI up to getting to the game board all on an iPhone in test-flight.
