Photobooth software

A software that will use an HD camera connected to a computer with a touchscreen and a chroma key background to take a photo of the user and add some effects to the photo The software will consist of the following 1-A welcome screen 2-A counter and a display of the camera view, once the countdown ends, the user's photo will be taken 3- A screen were you can edit the color effect , add objects ( objects can be moved anywhere on the image and resized on a multitouch screen) and add a headline to the image 4-A screen where the user enters the e-mail address and the photo will be sent to him ( the keyboard will be displayed on screen and the user enters his e-mail address using the touch screen) 5-A thank you screen Extra Criteria -The software should support multitouch and the objects has to be resizable by multitouch gestures -some text in the software will be in Arabic -All graphics will be sent to the developer -This is a tight deadline project and we will be choosing the developer based on a bid, deadline and experience criteria
