EXTRA REQUIREMENTS ================== * Bidder MUST be fluent in ENGLISH. I would prefer Australian's to keep it in the timezone. * Declaration that all code is original and not stolen from any other organisation. All Copyright liability and/or breach's relating to copied source code (NOT CONTENT) will extend to bidder.
