Problem using Web Service on JAVA Aplication

We are consuming some web services from our JAVA application and apparently the web services are working fine. The thing is that after few hours of use we get a hand shake error and we have to restart the server in order to work fine again. We are looking for someone that help us to DIAGNOSE or/and FIX this issue. If you feel uncomfortable biding because you dont know the problem or how big or small could be.
