JAVA-MYSQL-Inventory

We are looking for an experienced JAVA programmer, who can create desktop apps, applets and Android Apps with JAVA. This project will use a JAVA-based program to connect to a MySQL database. Our employees must be able to log into the database remotely via the web (from a Desktop App, Applet or Android App, using a username / password login). Our employees must be able to add / remove / update items in our database. We need to implement 3 levels of user privileges: 1) Group Leaders - Creation of Superuser or User accounts, full database access and privileges 2) Superusers - Creation of User accounts, full database access and privileges 3) Users - Full database access and partial privileges Since it must be written in JAVA, we expect a desktop program that is cross-platform compatible (Windows and OS X), as well as a browser-based applet and Android App of the same visual theme. Finally, we will organize the global database across groups of 10 - 30 individuals (Groups), which will be able to choose on a case-by-case basis which other groups they share their inventories with.
