519950 MS Access conversion to Java

Convert large MS Access database to Java. This project consists of 300 plus forms and 250 plus reports. significant VBA and SQL (mostly in the forms). Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with MS Access and 5 years experience with Java. This will be a desktop solution. I am looking for a candidate who has specific experience in this type of project. Initial estimation would be 200,000 - 250,000 lines of Java code so you would need to utilize conversion software. The program will have a very large user base and has a strong possibility for long term position after successful completion. Time Frame This project is time sensitive Payment Payment will be based on percentage of job completion with a 5% deposit.
