Build a Website

I need to create a registration page with common details like (First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Address , Password , State, Country ) ,Once the details is Submitted for registration a One Time pass word should send to the given Mobile number and and email id . and the registration page need to redirect to another page where we can enter OTP for account activation. After entering the current OTP the account should get activated and the user should be able to login with credential . and the OTP need to send while login also . Note: OTP should get expired in 2 minutes,There should be an option to resend the OTP, After Login , Show Welcome First Name.
