I am interested in the proposed project. I have the following related experiences with ffmpeg (in increasing difficulty): cut/trim/join/overlay/subtitling/filtering/transitions/fade-in&out/alpha-blending transition/deinterlacing(Yadif,MCDeint / (QTGMC)), colour correction. Using complex filters. zoom/pan/zoom-in&out to/from specific regions (TL, TM, TR, ML, MM, MR, BL, BM, BR with predefined zoom amounts)/ furthermore, Noise reduction of footages (NeatVideo). editing the video at frame level (augmented with Gimp/ImageMagick), creating batch (Windows) / bash (Linux) file/script for predefined tasks, container formats, e.g.: mp4, mov, webm, mkv, avi encoding to H.264 (including the various presets) / H.265 / VP9 (but primarily to the H.264 format as actually being the most widely supported one). Audio: normalization (EBU R128), background-noise reduction, noise removal, audio stream editing, encoding formats: pcm, aac (ffmpeg-native), mp3 (libmp3lame). The bid amount is somewhat flexible as the task is not fully specified.
