El Dorado - Needs a Facelift

Hi, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I am working on the branding for a small and privately owned bookstore called El Dorado. The client currently has two sites up and running, one is an online store and the other is more of a library which was created using a GoDaddy Template in the website builder section. It does not have a lot of flexibility with the drag and drop options and I will be doing the re-design for both sites and am looking for a partner who can assist me with the front-end design (CSS etc... and possibly some javascript). The bookstore I believe was done in Joomla or Wordpress and also needs a facelift and I will be providing the images and layout changes. My goal is tie the two sites together through the look and feel of the design. I am also open to suggestions, I do not need to use the website builder for the library if you had a better idea. Please message me with any ideas, price quotes for the two sites and expected time frame to complete the job. I am looking for someone that I can communicate and work well with because I will have other projects I need help with in the future. I am very good designer and can help you create some very professional looking sites to add to your portfolio as well. Please see the images of the sites and the present design.
