Automation of Attacks using java program

I need someone who can write a java program in which i have to make 5 network attacks which could be start automatically when i run this script or the program. the 5 network layer attacks are : 1] Syn flood Attack 2] ARP spoofing Attack 3] IP Fragmentation Attack 4] Port Scan Attack 5] UDP Flooding Attack. If you have any other other network based attack that you can implement then that's great. I need this program done as soon as possible.
