Adsmanager Template Look and Feel.

I am currently crossing adsmanager with CB. When someone signs up and registers, they enter their information. That information is then prefilled in adsmanager. The user has two different categories... Resume Coverletters. I need help with styling. I do not like the template on the adsmanager, which it has nothing to do with resumes. All fields are already installed. I just need the final elements to look like the attachements. I want background plain white! Titles in BOLD! Font is Times New Roman! 12pt font Standard! 16pt for Name Field I need some line decorations like the ones in the samples / attachements I also need a PDF button on top of the resume were the user can click to save as pdf as well as the option to PRINT, and option to SEND to EMAIL. (system sends it as a link / same as global article default) These buttons will not come out once saved or printed!!!!
