Help With LinkedIn Accounts

Two new junior employees of mine need LinkedIn accounts, but for whatever reason LinkedIn keeps shutting down their accounts. They tried to submit appeals, but LinkedIn isn't responding. Perhaps because we use the same work computers and they block to many LinkedIn accounts being created on the same IP? So the task I need is simple: create multiple LinkedIn accounts that do not get flagged or blocked and give control of them to me. I'll have my employees put their email and information in themselves. It doesn't matter what's in the account and what email is used- just give me the password/email and they will build the accounts with their correct information. The accounts need to be at least a week old (to prove they will not get flagged) and have their location set as somewhere in the united states. I only need 2 at the moment, but I will pay for up to 5 since I'll probably need more as I hire more people. I'll pay $6 per account.
