I have some DNS issues or connectivity issues on my LAN with some hosts and them resolving names or connecting to DNS names. They work fine talking to the internet but do not when using a local domain name that resolves to a local IP address. This is a split DNS environment. Thanks

Hi, Looks like you need a DNS forwarder on your local DNS server to route all DNS queries to Internet. Is your DNS running on Linux ? Do you have a router to connect to internet ? Then forwarder will work. Thanks
