Need Logo for Web Design Company

I need a logo for a company called "Primax Web Solutions" The word "Primax" was formed from 2 words, "Prime" and "Max": Prime being a prime-number, and Max meaning maximum. The irony is that there is no maximum prime number. Primax therefore elicits a feeling of maximum value and exceeding expectations. The logo must encapsulate the philosophy of delivering quality products and services. The logo must be simple enough to be used on all manner of advertising including business cards, letterheads, web banners, etc. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform designed with any software the service provider prefers, although i'd recommend photoshop or GIMP
