Convert "simple" .net software to Mac os -- 2

Hello, <br><br> I have a .net software that shows a standard windows notification each X seconds based on some settings in an online XML.. <br><br> It was fairly simple to do in .net, but it can't run through eg. mono.. so therefore I need it converted/rewritten... It needs to do exactly as it does in the current.. <br><br> In short, I will of cause send complete source code if interested. <br><br> 1. check in computer to API, you will get a unique ID based on specific computer<br> 2. check XML for settings<br> 3. Show icon in Mac os, and show a standard notification each x-seconds (value in XML)<br> 4.
