4PS is a Dutch firm that is active in the ERP software industry. They tailored their product to the construction, installation and infrastructure industry. The firm is currently active in Holland, the UK, Belgium and has recently moved into Germany. Besides, 4PS has lots of international partners.
I am an intern within the marketing departement at the head office in Holland, and the marketing manager asked me to answer her question on how 4PS could best position themselves in the German market. This includes:
Online channels such as social channels, paid marketing channels (mailing partners)
Offline channels such as events, university collaborations etc.
Analyse competition in detail. Where are the differences on their website compared to 4PS? You could create a matrix in this case comparing competition with 4PS. This should be done for Online and offline channels.
Furthermore, you should include desk research about the market. Maybe psychological marketing facts, industry related best practices etc.
The conclusion should be very concrete and practical in how the company 4PS should position themselves in the german construction market. The marketing manager would like to be able to directly implement the advice in the strategy 2023
