building an app

The plan is to build an app for adroid and ios to meet people. Therefore are two data bases (users and locations) needed and a gps tracking function. The users should have the possibility to search other users by different categories and locations. For the communication between the users a messenger service is also required. The users should be able to register themselves and work on their profiles. For a specific time the app should be free of charge after this trial time we want to charge money. Each profile has a picture and 6 parameters to choose from (age class, location, period of time...). Features briefly: Selfregistration for users, Payment service, Database with privacy protection, search function to find other users by the 6 parameters of their profile, messenger service to contact other users, GPS tracking to measure speed and track of the user, "cockpit" to see the track and the speed
