Android APP with Twitter/Facebook Interaction

Mates, I need a Android App able to filter twitter/facebook hashtags containing specific short texts with specific hashtags. Example; Filter Likes and Unlikes with the #Pineapple hashtag. "I Like #Pineapple" and "I dont like #Pineapple", and show them up, as popups at the bottom right of the screen, like a Windows notification bubble. This bubble must include the user picture and overlay the currently running apps. Low badwidth consumption maybe a diferential, and a queue of new interactions also. Example: If 50 users uses the hashtag in a few seconds, the app should be able to queue and show all of them one by one, or only some randomly (to be defined). Best regards
