Create Example Android App to Re-Display Status Bar Notifications (v2)

This is learning project. Please make sure your code is well documented/commented. I want an app that runs in the background and will take notifications that are displayed on the top status bar and display them somehow (maybe through a pop-up or however) The pop-up should have at a minimum the the text of the notification and the app that handles the notification when it's clicked on (i.e. if it's a Instagram notification, Instagram, if it is Facebook Chat message, Facebook Messenger if it's installed, otherwise Facebook, if it is GMail it should be GMail not Google Cloud Messaging which carries GMail's push notifications, etc). If there is other data about the notification you can get access to, that should be displayed as well (e.g. status bar icon, the link that launches the project when its clicked on with arguments, etc.). As you can see the app itself doesn't do anything useful, but this is a learning project. As a result all code should be CLEAN, GOOD QUALITY code using BEST PRACTICES that still gets the job done. Also make sure it is well commented.
