Modify a open source messaging script

The job is very simple. We need someone to redesign the SPIKA MESSENGER android APP with our chosen colour scheme and template. It's a working app, all that's needed is some interface design. Secondly, integrate this into an existing news app we have the source code. You should test the spika app before bidding. Thirdly, you will setup the spika server. And that's all it would be a added advantage if you can develop for blackberry OS 10 as well as or just lower versions of blackberry. We would discuss this separately.
