Write a Mobile application

I need a mobile auction application (iOS/Android) developed like ebay, but simple to use. Needs to be able to support 1000-5000 user traffic. Needs to have the following in the application.\r\n\r\n-Login access with user profile (username/password, name, and mailing address).\r\n-User profile where amount of bids are stored and link to purchase more bids.\r\n-Area to purchase bids for auction via (paypal, mastercard, visa, etc).\r\n-Status area of current/ended bids where timer and details for auction is displayed real time.\r\n-Checkout cart area to purchase the item after bid is closed with mailing address on file.\r\n-Timer that increases 10 seconds before the close of the bid to prevent last second "computer bot" bids and suggested security for mobile application.\r\n-Forum area with light social media style where photos can be added with a phrase and comment on (instagram, twitter).\r\n-Brief Contact us, About us section. \r\n-Lastest News Alerts section where messages and photos from admin can be posted.\r\n-User friendly Admin area to make changes to profiles, see stats, and anything related to under the hood of the application.
