iPhone CoreData use on accelerometer & gyro data

I have a partially written application (see Coordinates for iPhone 4 is project number 1100753 ), that I need to be updated in 3 ways: a) It already collects data. However, I want it stored in CoreData method (not SQLite), so that it is indexed. b) I want some basic fields and functionality built in (using standard methods, such as sliders, lists of names, etc.) rather than ad hoc c) I want to have the data allowed to be sent to me (an email address) in raw form, so that I could test why the thing's not working, and also have it in a CoreData (database), so that subsequent fixes can be tested against an entire group of data with various expected answers I will expect you to sign 3 documents: 1. WFH Work for Hire, so that whatever you write is my property 2. NDA Non-Disclosure Agreement, so that other people won't get this information 3. Non-Compete, so that you don't take my idea and market it I DEFINITELY want milestones, which I thought were important, but now even more so, since I did not have milestones and the project was half done and then abandoned as too complicated. (Sort of like that joke: the program is 95% complete. So you tell the programmer, Oh, it is only going to take you 1/20th of the time to finish it?)
