Hi, I would like to create an location based app just like the Yell app (Yellow pages). A directory app that uses google map or any GPS system to direct the user to their nearest restaurant or hotel depending on their request. I would like to find out how much this will cost to make and what the procedures are. Please this app is going to be based in a country in Africa. Design is very important so i would like someone that can design the app pages efficiently and creatively.
