Build me a proof-of-concept iOS app using "Silent Push Notifications"

Build me an app named "BOO". Build me a (private) web page with one single button named "JUMP" I will run the "BOO" app on my iphone - it will show anything on the screen, like, "hello world". I will then push the "home" button on my iPhone, and open any other app (eg: angry birds) I will then use my laptop and push the "JUMP" form button. This button must use APNS to communicated a silent push to the BOO app. The "BOO" app must open (all by itself, that is, it must interrupt angry-birds) and show me something on it's screen that it got from the push message. This is a proof of concept project. There must be no user interaction on the phone - when the APSN message arrives, the "BOO" app must show stuff on the screen automatically, all by itself. Bonus: if you can make this work without me first opening the "BOO" app, I'll pay a 100% bonus (double your money). Here's some info about these kinds of notifications: iOS 7+ supports "Silent Push Notifications". The aps dictionary can also contain the content-available property. The content-available property with a value of 1 lets the remote notification act as a “silent” notification. When a silent notification arrives, iOS wakes up your app in the background so that you can get new data from your server or do background information processing. Users aren’t told about the new or changed information that results from a silent notification, but they can find out about it the next time they open your app. ( see also [login to view URL] ) When bidding, I need to know you are not a robot, and I also need to know you actually read what I want, and I *also* need to know how confident you are that you can do this project with success, so please in you bid, tell me in very clear language exactly how certain you are that you can do this project successfully (eg: 50%, or 99%, or whatever).
