Create a Mobile Website

I have a small and simple project. The app is to be developed on HTML5, Javascript and CSS that can be ported to phonegap for android and iphone. I would prefer to using Meteor framework or you can suggest any other javascript framework with mongodb. I will provide you the UI kit accordingly The app is intended to be used by property owners to maintain inventory of their properties and tenants accordingly. At the same time the tenants can use this app to communicate with their landlord for any maintenance issues in the property. Below is the link to wireframe created using ninjamock. First phase, create app for the property manager to simply maintain the property and tenants details. No interaction with the tenants.
