We need a simple app for both IOS and Android for Community, pay per view, live chat. This will be similar to the facebook live chat where people can chat live while the video is being broadcast via FaceTime or some other live video for android and IOS. Users should be able to sign in, browse scheduled time for broadcast, pay for the broadcast, and chat while the broadcast is showing. The person thats doing the broadcast should be able to chat back as well. The video should then be recorded for people that paid to watch it and downloadable only by the person that is doing the broadcast. The payment system would give partial payment to broadcaster and partial to the company. This will only consist of about 6 pages as this will be a simple app. We will design the frontend using photoshop
