I want a developer that can develop one screen for an iOS application using Xcode 9 and Swift 4. The screen must be developed using ONLY the frameworks provided by Apple, like UIKit. Third party frameworks/libraries are NOT accepted. The screen (UIViewController) will be the root of an existing UINavigationController attached to UITabBarController. It contains one scroll view that consists of multiple sections, and each section has a fixed size/height. The application will one or more from a four pre-defined sections, which are: 1. Big Square Card 2. Images; horizontally scrollable cards with PAGING SCROLLING. 3. Promotion; horizontally scrollable cards with PAGING SCROLLING. 4. Numbers; horizontally scrollable cells with PAGING SCROLLING. More details about the screen and sections can be found in the attached files, and more pixel details (margin, spacing, etc) will be provided after awarding the project. Proper constraints (NSLayoutConstraint) with stack view (UIStackView) must be used to develop the screen, and OPTIONALLY can be done in a storyboard file.

Hello, I'll have no problem getting this screen done for you. I would make the code very readable and design it in a way so it would be very easy to fit it into an existing project. I could use storyboards if you prefer, but I would likely just hard code it so you won't have trouble trying to fit it in to another project if needed. I can also submit a basic design before I start coding, just to make sure I would be creating the screen to your liking. No third party libraries would not be a problem as I have made card style cells from scratch before many times. Feel free to message me and discuss further on this project.
