Solve Android FileProvider problem

I have a problem creating File object from the file path which is obtained from video recorder using a FileProvider. When I set the path of the VideoView where the recorded video should be previewed, this file can be found and the video preview is successfully generated with the command [login to view URL](selectedPath), but when I try to create a File object for HTTPClient to upload video on the server I get the FIleNotFoundException while executing the following command: FileBody filebodyVideo = new FileBody(new File(selectedPath)); I need someone to help me find the bug and fix this issue with FileProvider and file upload.
