Write an iPhone application

I need an app developing, initially for iOS but eventually it will roll out on to other platforms. The design will be very basic (visually) initially because this is to test for function, if this is successful then the app will be developed thoroughly to make it aesthetically pleasing. The function of the app is as follows; There will be two sides to the app, a receiver and a sender. The sender will take an image of a handwritten note with their camera, this will act as the equivalent of a barcode or QI code. The app will then ask the user what message they would like to store with the image. This is then stored on the server. When the receiver comes to the handwritten note they open the app and take a photo of the image. This image is then sent to the server and matched up with the image that the sender took. This then sends the stored message to the receiver. The important part to this is that the image must be matched up correctly, there can be no instances of the image either not being recognised or the wrong message being sent with the wrong image. There is a little bit more to the app but I will divulge further information when I have received some good offers for the app described. There will be a lot of development work on this after the initial test app has been made, for the right candidate this will be an ongoing job if they desire.
