I am from Delhi and I have great experience in Node. I have worked on MEAN stack for last year or so.

These are technical stack which I prefer for this project: - Single Page Web application with AngularJS. - SailsJS - a NodeJS web framework which is every similar with Rails in Ruby. It's really really powerful. - BowerJS - manage assets for both javascript and css. - GruntJS - task runner for NodeJS project. - Bootstrap3 with Less. - MySQL of course. However you can easily switch to another database like MongoDB if you use sailsjs. Feel free to ask me whenever you have a question. Thanks!
