Database design and implementation

I need a MySQL database designed and placed on my server. The purpose of the system is to administer audiobook content(metadata and download urls) and to feed websites and mobile applications with the data. * Validate, normalize and improve existing design proposal. Refine tables, keys, columns, and relationships to create an efficient database. * Implement database and populate the tables(350 audiobooks with 2800 audio files, existing tables or XML file) * Implementation of a admin/interface section for editing the database.(a tool to fill in content) * Implement API to make application be able to receive full books list or search results by request for mobile applications and mobile site Please find the proposed database structure in the attachment.
