A simple proxy server that will do the following: a) listen to UDP/TCP for message coming from gps device (standard TAIP format), parse the info and store the position, time and device-ID to a Mysql b) Periodically (every minute) retrieve the latest track-data from the dataabase (those that just come in the last minute) format it according JSON format and sent it to an external server via HTTP POST. c) Beside TAIP messages, there is also one non-TAIP message that the server will have to interpret,driver_ID record (fixed format and about 150 byte long) The proxy will parse, process and store the info in the database. The proxy will also sent a simple acknowledgement to the gps device after processing the driver data. This is a simple proxy server to integrate two GPS system. ONLY a few standard message need to be intepreted. We also need to generate a simple Window form application for the administrator to view and update database records, such as vehicle records. Full technical info is available. Can be either be in C# or java. Run on window 2003 with .net
