Adobe Lighroom Plugin

Hello, I'm searching a developper how can developper a plugin for Adobe Lighroom. My feature is really easy and i'ts just for help to classified my photos. I want a underexposed detection, and overexposed. For exemple, is a have 100 000 pixel, if i have 2 % of the image is lost, i want reject the picture. I have make a mockup for help you. This part is really easy. The last point is shareness detection. I want to automatic reject photo how not have any part sharp. For exemple, if i make a 20 pictures of a hockey player, something the focus is not so fast the react and get a really sharp photo. So, if i can automaticly detect that, i will save lot of time.
