Configure network settings on my network

Thank you in advance for your time and bid. OVERVIEW I run 3 computers at home. Computer 1... I have what I call Shared Docs and have been able to place a shortcut on all three systems so I could easily open, modify, copy files, etc. Do not confuse my setup with Homegroup, that is not how it works. 1. in my study is system I setup as server called: Gene-Server. (Win 7) 2. in my wife's office is computer called: Desktop-EER (Win 10) 3. this is my notebook on wireless called: Notebook-PC (Win 7) All three were working great for years. I reformatted my notebook (computer 3) and reinstalled Win 7 and now I cannot get it to network. Computer 1 and 2 see each other and work fine. Wireless Notebook is not. Sometimes when I open network folder on my notebook Gene-Server shows and sometimes it doesn't. When it does show it just isn't configured properly it seems. When I setup I probably got lucky because I know little about networking but it ran for years with zero issue. I was hoping maybe I could find someone who could use Teamviewer or equivalent, get on my notebook and configure. It seems to me someone that really knows what they are doing could do this in just a couple minutes. MY PROFILE I pay fast. See my employer profile.
