Se describe a continuación el rol en inglés, siendo el mismo un requisito indispensable para optar al proyecto: Role Summary: Purpose of the role: to lead and coordinate a virtual team (agencies or partner based) in order to develop and implement communication strategies to broaden the impact of the MCWB Foundation programs. In coordination with the Marketing Director and other members of the Management Team, s/he will oversee organizational messaging and constituent services. Reports to: Marketing and Communications Director Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with the board of trustees & the board of directors to develop communications strategies that will broaden programmatic reach and deepen impact ? Develop and refine MWCB's "core" messages to ensure organizational consistency ? Identify significant media and public policy issues that can be leveraged to support MWCB’s work, and create and implement plans to exploit them ? Serve as executive editor for the organization's website and other digital properties (Apps) ? Oversee organizational response to inquiries about MWCB Job Specifications: ? More than 10 years of significant communications experience that includes a blend of advocacy and media relations, and a combination of traditional and digital/online media ? A strong track record of positioning an organization to achieve tangible outcomes in a competitive communications environment ? Ability to coach and support senior leaders as spokespersons ?
