macOS app for creating iCloud application folders incl. icon

I am looking for a developer for a macOS (10.13+) app. The app should create an application folder incl. image/symbol on [login to view URL] > iCloud Drive. Of course you can currently create a folder under macOS in Finder > iCloud Drive and replace the folder icon with another icon. Unfortunately, these icons are not synchronized with [login to view URL] because they are "normal" folders and not "application folders". Application folders are completely synchronized with [login to view URL] including icon or images. So the app should create exactly that. I want to have a small box inside the app where I can click to select any picture/symbol. The image should then be displayed inside the small box. Below the box there should be an input field where I can define the name for the folder. Directly below is a button that finally creates the desired application folder including icon on [login to view URL] > iCloud Drive. Depending on whether an iCloud account is logged in or not, the upper right corner should now be displayed. If you are not logged in to iCloud, you will be redirected to the iCloud settings in the Control Panel from macOS. I would like to have all code including rights after completion so that I can further develop the app at a later date.
