81608 Drop Down Window w/e-mail

Am working on a web page in FP2002. I need script for a drop-down window that, depending upon the selection the visitor makes from the choices in the window, determines the e-mail address to which the form results are sent when the SUBMIT button is clicked. For example: VIsitor drops down the window and selects Cleveland from the list of cities. The visitor then completes the rest of the form and clicks Submit. Because of selecting Cleveland, the form results are sent to a particular e-mail address. When another visitor selects Chicago from the window, the form results go to a different e-mail address when Submit is clicked. Can anyone assist with this? JT
