We have a finished logo that we want animated for our website. We want the flag element of the logo to wave slowly and smoothly (like in the wind). Only an expert in creating animated gifs who can give us a high quality result should apply. We require three versions. On black, white and transparent backgrounds. Logo can be supplied in any format you like.
